Returns & Exchanges

At Battlbox, we want to ensure you are fully equipped and satisfied with your tactical gear and apparel. If your items aren't the perfect fit or meet your mission requirements, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
