When will my BattlBox order ship?

Subscription boxes typically ship by the 15th of each month. For individual apparel and gear purchases from our shop, orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy on apparel?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and unwashed clothing items with original tags attached. Please note that items included in subscription boxes are subject to specific exchange rules based on availability.

How do I ensure I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. Since our tactical apparel and outdoor clothing may have different fits (athletic vs. relaxed), we recommend measuring a similar garment you own for comparison.

Do you ship gear and clothing internationally?

Can I change my shirt or glove size for my subscription?
